PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The LK House is a minimalist single story residential building situated in Malbuisson, a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.
It is basically an open box of 25 meters long, 8 meters wide with a roof height of about 4 meters.
The closed surface area of the house is approximately 100 square-meters. it consists of two bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room.
the living area is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows to enable maximum sunlight penetration and panoramic view of the magnificent lake and nearby forest mountains.
